We all want to live a serene life in a peaceful world, surrounded by happy easy-going people. However, we know that life rarely feels this way, even for one day! In this series of classes, new and experienced meditators alike will explore Buddha’s teachings and be guided in meditations on the inner paths of freedom that lead to lasting peace.
These drop-in classes are suitable for those new to meditation and experienced practitioners alike. Each class consists of two guided meditations and a short teaching on that evening’s topic. Everyone is welcome.

June 24: Freedom from Pain & Suffering
