This series offers a practical guide to meditation that teaches us how to make ourself and others happy by developing inner peace. In this way, we find much more meaning in our lives. Each session will include teachings and guided meditations following The New Meditation Handbook by Venerable Geshe Kelsang Gyatso Rinpoche. Each class is self-contained and is particularly suitable for those new to meditation. Everyone is welcome!
