If your undisciplined mind is in control, you may find yourself reacting with anger and criticism to people you love even when you don’t want to hurt them. Or you may not be accomplishing your goals because your mind won’t cooperate. Gaining control over your own mind is possible. In this series we will practice Buddhist methods to reduce negative states of mind. When we take charge of our mind, pure and lasting happiness is attainable.
