About:
Julien Gagneur is professor for Computational Molecular Medicine at the TUM. He is developing AI and statistical models for genomic data with applications in basic biology and medicine. His lab has won several data science challenges (End ALS Kaggle Challenge, CAGI). Julien has been teaching a popular introduction to data science module at the TUM since 2016 (script here: https://gagneurlab.github.io/dataviz/) and will enjoy sharing his experience with the Munich Kaggle community.
