Kai Chi Do "Free Spirit Way" A Martin Luther King Day Circle for World Peace
Details
Come join this family-friendly community where physical and energetic support are always present. We show up for ourselves, and we show up for each other.
Kai Chi Do, also known as the “Free Spirit Way,” is a metaphysical, spiritual movement practice that weaves together music, mindful movement, and breathwork to create conscious connection with everything, everywhere, in the eternal now. The practice is energized through our shared acknowledgment of connection to Source, Self, and Others.
Now is the time to remember that connection, to tune into the heart, and to lead with love. Together, as a collective, we listen for the whispers of our soul’s desires.
Join us at Philippe Park for this beautiful, heart-led practice.
Nothing is required—just your presence and an open heart.
