What we’re about
Hi storytellers. Kaleidoscope is an "almost weekly" open mic storytelling event held in Demachiyanagi, Kyoto. It's a place where people from around the world share true stories from their life experience (10 min max). Funny, touching, impressive, strange, silly, any type of story is welcome (as long as it doesn't offend others). Our semi-regular storytelling night is held at Folk Ways, a cafe near Demachiyanagi station. Folk Ways is not a huge cafe, so we try to keep the attendance to around 12 people. If you want to join the event, please press "Going" button. The event is free but please buy drinks from the cafe that provides us a wonderful storytelling environment :)
