Stephen Dumba is a Ugandan high school ICT teacher and tech entrepreneur who has been teaching computer studies and technology skills since 2007. 
He serves as the National Coordinator of the ICT Teachers’ Association of Uganda (ITAU) and founder of the Students IT Club of Uganda to empower youth with practical digital skills.
Beyond teaching, he repairs computers, builds websites, and advocates for innovative ICT education across Uganda.
