This time, we going to cook gluten free Japanese dish.
For the main dish, we will cook "Shouga-yaki".
It is popular menu especially at lunch time menus in Japan.
Besides that, it has high nutritive value in Shouga-yaki dish that the reason for popular also.

Our ingredients are from local the Kamakura Farmer’s Market.
You can learn easily how to cook Authentic Japanese dish or Vegetarian dish.
We would like to deliver our real Japanese cuisine and Japanese homemade dishes to member's families or friends after returning home.
