🌿 Discover Deep Local Connections in Kamakura!
Welcome to Local Community Hub Hatsuhinode – a cozy community & coworking space located in Zaimokuza, Kamakura.
We support people who wish to connect with the local community but don’t know where to start. Whether you're thinking, “I want to be involved but don’t know who to talk to” or “I feel nervous to start something alone,” this is your first step into the local life of Kamakura.
📍Open Tuesday–Saturday, 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM
Anyone is welcome to visit!
At Hatsu Hinode, our goal is to empower local communities.
We share information about the city, introduce local people and places, and help you find meaningful connections. Until now, our communication has mainly been in Japanese, but we’re beginning to share more in English so we can welcome a wider audience into Kamakura's vibrant local life☺️
Zaimokuza, where we’re based, is just a 15-minute walk from the ocean, mountains, and train Kamakura station. It’s a beautiful area where daily life and nature blend effortlessly—perfect for slow and mindful living.
🗓 Upcoming (irregular) events may include:
・Cultural Orientations
・Night Hopping Tours
・Local Meetups
・Visits to Kamakura’s inspiring local heroes
Come meet the people of Kamakura and experience a different kind of “travel”—one where you’re not just a tourist, but part of the community🌞✨
