Scaling Agile – What’s in it for us?

On June 11th we are organizing a MeetUp to cover Increment Planning and Technical Debt and we would like you to join us!

ABOUT:
Many companies that were born agile are now facing growth and scaling problems; such as how do we scale our culture when we grow? how do we keep autonomy but work towards a common goal? Therése Ressel, Development Lead at Kambi, will share some of the challenges that Kambi has faced in this area over the past two years and the work we have done in order to solve them.

Maria Naveira Sund, Development Manager at Kambi, will talk about technical debt, what it is and how to avoid it. Technical debt is unavoidable in software development and can be a business blocker if it is not taken care of in time. In order to keep up with the future demands and use our resources wisely, we need to work much more with cross-function planning to avoid the technical debts.
