オープン空手会《Open Karate Session》

3/5（日）午後１時～午後３時にてオープン空手会を行います。
流派団体問わず空手をやりたい人
伝統派にこだわらず、フルコンタクト空手やMMAの参加者とかでも歓迎です。

内容は組手や形です。基本、参加者の希望（ノリ）次第です。

空手に興味がある方もない方も、単にサンドバック蹴ってみたいという方も歓迎です！
空手は自分のペースで練習することができ、ルールを守れば怪我することなく強くなれます。
普段運動しない方も、久しぶりにやってみたいという方も、バリバリにやってて新たな刺激を求めている方も、ぜひこの機会にお越しください！

We will host Open Karate at 1pm-3pm 3/5 Sun.

Every style of karate is welcome, including full contact and MMA.

We will do Kata and Kumite, but basically, the content depends on who come.

Even though you are not interested in Martial Arts, you are welcome. Just coming to kicking and punching bags and mitts for fun is ok.
Karate is safe as long as you keep the rule and makes you strong.

If you want any exercise, new inspiration, or an opportunity to restart karate this is the best time!
