Promotion of Kanban best practices in Agile software development. 90% of the way we effectively learn comes from our "on the job" experiences and from our co-workers. Come share your experiences with Kanban whilst learning from others in this informal discussion based setting.
Our sessions are based on attendee participation, if you come along be prepared to share, discuss and learn. An understanding of kanban isn't necessary to attend our sessions but an interest is!
