Overview:
This session delves into the digital transformation journey of one of Singapore’s leading telecommunications companies. It focuses on how upstream Kanban facilitated work readiness for a downstream Scrum team, which also incorporated selected Kanban practices to enhance flow and achieve predictable lead times. Additionally, the session discusses the application of Agile and Kanban practices at scale within the organization.

Bio Thomas Srinivasan:
Thomas is a seasoned Agile Coach with extensive experience in Agile Project Management. He holds credentials such as Kanban Management Professional (KMP), SAFe® SPC, Certified Scrum Master (CSM), and Professional Scrum Master (PSM-I). As a Kanban Management Professional, Thomas has expertly guided teams through the adoption and optimization of Kanban practices, significantly enhancing workflow efficiency and transparency. He has successfully led multiple agile transformations, driving improvements in customer satisfaction and innovation across various industries. Currently, he plays a pivotal role in setting up Agile Centres of Excellence and scaling Agile practices within organizations.

Silke is a Project Consultant, Accredited Kanban Trainer, Kanban Product, Coaching and Management Professional in New Zealand and certified facilitator of all versions of the Okaloa Flowlab. She has previously worked in Scrum, SAFe, Nexus, LeSS and waterfall contexts as a Business Analyst, Tester, Scrum Master and Agile Coach. Her original background is (investment) banking / trading.
