Bio Jose JR:
Jose JR connects business strategy with operations, transforming results into real businesses. With over two decades of experience in Brazil and Europe, he empowers and drives the digital transformation of national and international companies, being a global pioneer in Business Agility using the cognitive concept of Flight Levels, also partnering across the Americas.
Keynote, international speaker, writer, mentor, and guest professor at institutions such as PUC-PR, PUC-Rio, Sistema FIEP, and Mackenzie University. He currently serves as Head of Partnerships Americas at Businessmap and is a Board Advisor at LeanWork Group.
Jose JR has worked with more than 250 companies and trained over 4,900 students worldwide.
He is also the first and only Flight Levels Guide and Coach in Brazil and one of the most experienced trainers of the Lean Kanban Method in Brazil, being one of the first global trainers of KMM (Kanban Maturity Model) and a Kanban Coach.
Additionally, Jose JR is an author and translator of books, including Kanban Essencial Condensado, The Official Kanban Method Guide, and Rethinking Agility.
In 2017, he created the channel Mundo Compartilhado and is one of the founders of the Global Flight Club Community, dedicated to sharing knowledge in collaboration, learning, business agility, digital transformation, technology, innovation, management, personal development, and entrepreneurship.
Jose also engages in volunteer work and mentoring in hackathons, sharing his knowledge with anyone eager to learn and grow.

Silke is a Flow Expert, Project Consultant, Accredited Kanban Trainer, Kanban Product, Coaching and Management Professional in New Zealand and certified facilitator of all versions of the Okaloa Flowlab.
