• 45 minut: “Kanban Adventure in anti-Kanban world” - wspólnie poznacie case study przygotowane przez Justynę. A do tego wszystkiego będziecie mieli możliwość opracowania własnego rozwiązania z wykorzystaniem nowo poznanych narzędzi.

• 15 minut: Questions & (i miejmy nadzieję) Answers.

• 15 min - online after party, czyli luźne rozmowy kuluarowe o spotkaniu i wszystkim innym :)

I'm happy to run Wawel Hill and be the co-creator of ACE! (Agile Central Europe Conference) and ACE! express.

Over the last few years, I've been working with various startups as a marketing/business and UX strategist. As a Design Thinker with a background in tech startups, I help teams to change the way they think and how they approach their problems.

Currently, I'm focused on building a Women in Agile Community in Poland. I'm in love with the Design Thinking and Lean approach, have my heart set to become AKT and I'm learning about System Thinking.
