An evening with a Kanban pioneer: Dragos Dumitriu

If you have read the Kanban blue book, then you've read his story. If you have taken any Kanban training, you've certainly heard about him. If you're new to Kanban, you will want to meet him.

Dragos Dumitriu was there at the beginning, in the early 2000s, when what we call today the "Kanban Method" was initially conceived, and he has been a contributor and advocate since.

We're excited now to have him as guest speaker this month, sharing his experience and wisdom with today's Kanban practitioners and enthusiasts.

From the original XIT story, to other organizations that followed, Dragos will be reflecting on his experience bringing about change and helping people improve their delivery performance.
