KCE: Back to basics

Based of feedback last month, this session will be a kanban primer - ideal for people who are starting their kanban journey, but also an opportunity for kanban practitioners and coaches to cover some of the fundamentals again to reset their knowledge based on their experiences so far.

As agreed the format will be a shortish session followed by open space. This time for open space we will use some techniques to facilitate some discussions, as well as the opportunity for free form chat.
