We will be joined by special guest Alexei Zheglov, co-author of the book “Fit for Purpose, Synthesizing Customer Experience with Strategy for Accelerated Business Results” (with David J Anderson) and Distinguished Fellow with Kanban University. Alexei will be there to answer your difficult questions!
