A community to connect and support Japanese and expats working in multicultural environments.

年に4回集まって、軽食を食べながらレクチャー、LT、ディスカッションなどがほとんどのイベントの内容です。
We meet about 4 times a year to connect as a community, share experiences in the workplace and learn from others!

「聞きたいけど聞きづらい…」そんな文化や価値観に関する疑問を、安心して話せる場を作りました。
職業や背景に関係なく、どなたでも大歓迎です！

What does an event look like?
Join us for snacks, games, discussion and making friends! Language support in both Japanese and English is provided, but we ask that you have at least an N4 level of Japanese.

Why do we exist?
As Japan grows in the global economy and more people from different cultures are working together, many are struggling to navigate differences in the workplace. Have you ever run into a difficult situation at work where you wanted to ask questions about didn’t feel comfortable? Here’s your chance! We want to open the conversation for a safe space everyone to ask questions about cultural values and differences in the workplace and learn without any judgement. Everyone is welcome no matter your job or background!
