What is HU?

HU (pronounced “hue” or "Hyoo") is an ancient, sacred name for God—often described as a sound of love between Divine Spirit and Soul.
It isn’t tied to any one religion, culture, or language. No one owns it. It’s a universal, heart-centered practice that many people use to feel more connected to their inner guidance and to divine love.
When sung or chanted with love, HU can help you tune in—like a spiritual “reset” for your inner world—supporting:

• more peace and emotional balance
• a deeper sense of love and connection
• clearer inner guidance and intuition
• healing and spiritual insight
• greater awareness and creativity

The strength to meet life

Singing HU for 10–15 minutes once or twice a day can help lift your state of consciousness and bring spiritual support into your daily life.
