Landlords, Inc. is managed by Landlords who voluntarily donate their time to achieve the goals of this not-for-profit organization.
As a member, you will enjoy the following information:
- At the State level, we are affiliated with a parent association in Jefferson City, the Missouri Apartment Association (MAA) which employs a full-time lobbyist to monitor and promote legislation affecting landlords.
- Updates on developments at City Hall regarding landlord-tenant ordinances.
- Monthly educational meetings with guest speakers including attorneys and professionals specialized in rental property.
