When You Die Movie Screening

The When You Die Trilogy, a powerful three-part documentary series by Johanna Lunn exploring death, dying, consciousness, caregiving, and the profound human experiences surrounding the end of life. Through compassionate storytelling, personal experiences, and insights from leading clinicians and researchers, the films invite audiences into honest conversations about near-death experiences, preparing for death, and the inner world of dying. Each screening includes a live panel discussion of death doulas and other community members, designed to inspire connection, reflection, and meaningful dialogue.

Each event includes:

💬 A live one-hour panel discussion afterward

Half of all proceeds support the documentary filmmakers and half supports KC End of Life programming.
