South African Wine Tasting!

Details
The history of viticulture in South African wine country began with Jan van Riebeeck in the middle of the 17th century. He had wine planted to make Cape Town an attractive port of call for the United East India Company. Regarding climate, viticulture in South Africa is favored by the Benguela current, a cool ocean current from the Arctic - because it is too hot for the vines in this geographical zone. Today South African regions have established themselves by producing internationally renowned wines, and the country convinces with great variety and top qualities.
