Kansas City Bitcoin Block Party - Vendors, Tacos, Music, Drinks, and Bitcoin!

Join us for Kansas City's first ever Bitcoin Block Party on Sunday, April 24th from 2pm to 8pm at Federal Storage in Westport (4201 Pennsylvania Ave, Kansas City, MO).

There will be vendors selling arts, crafts, food and beverages, all using Bitcoin. Aren't familiar with Bitcoin? No sweat! We'll teach you everything you need to know in no time! The event will be outdoors (rain or shine!) to encourage community engagement and will be free to the public. The event will include presentations on Bitcoin, bands and music performers, food from Cancun Fiesta Fresh, as well as giveaways and raffles. Come learn, celebrate, and engage with your community at this first of its kind event in Kansas City!

If you're new to Bitcoin, don't worry! We will have plenty of expert Bitcoiners on site to help you buy Bitcoin, set up a wallet, and start using it to support local vendors! If you want to get started before the event download Muun Wallet from your app store for an easy-to-use Bitcoin wallet.

Note that this is not a "blockchain," "web3," or "cryptocurrency" event. There are plenty of those around. We're Bitcoiners here to learn about Bitcoin.
