Day Trip: Missouri State Penitentiary Tour and Prison Brews

Join us for a day trip to tour the Missouri State Penitentiary followed by a round of drinks and eats at Prison Brews in Jefferson City on Saturday, June 1. Learn about famous inmates, prison riots, sit in the electric chair, and more!

Suggested method of transportation is to take the Amtrak from Lee’s Summit to Jefferson City, which costs $52 round trip. Or drive if you wish, whatevs.

After the tour, we will walk to the newly renovated Prison Brews for drinks and eats, and perhaps play a game of bocce ball time permitting.
