You may have tried and experienced bad karaoke on Zoom already - there's a lot of it! But this is different! :)

Use the Zoom chat to write to other attendees. In between songs, you can talk to other attendees and DJ Purple (me). I'm excited because I've never been able to talk to people during my "real-world" shows (which is why I rarely posted Meetups), but on Zoom, the pace is a little slower, and I'm enjoying being able to talk to everyone in between songs! :)

If you want to sing, please read the instructions below. They look difficult at first, but if you've used Zoom before, you know it takes a little technical learning & troubleshooting to get to the joy of connecting with your friends, family, coworkers, etc. DJ Purple will walk each singer through the instructions during the show as needed, but please learn them as well as you can in advance to save time for everyone.

To sing, you will need:
1 phone with the Zoom app installed
1 computer (not a tablet) with the Zoom app installed
