On this retreat we tune in to our bodies and honor our feminine nature, through mindful movement such as a blend of yoga with different dance stylings (including bellydance, ecstatic, bhangra), quiet and walking meditations, storytelling and prompt-driven journaling, in our beautiful and sacred temple space.

We add in time for personal coaching, shamanic journaling and healing sessions, and healthy eating three vegan delicious and nutritious meals each day. We spend time creating vision cards with paints, paper, and words. These will help you let go of those exhausted feelings, dream big, and honor your beautiful feminine body to feel nourished, strong, and beautiful.
