• The 4 Worlds of Kabalah and their correspondence to body, mind, and spirit
• How to work with mystical symbols, Hebrew letters, and divine archetypes
• Integrating Kabalah with your daily life for clarity, healing, and spiritual growth
• Meditation and inner exercises based on Jewish, Vedantic, and Gnostic synthesis
