Pfalz Hike: Around Neustadt to Weinbiet

Hi Hikers

Let’s go for a hike in Palatinate’s vineyards and forest, this time basically forest. We will hike around Neustadt and follow the route described in the link below:

It is a 13.3 km hike with an ascent of 440 m. We will walk around 4 hours plus breaks.
To arrive in Neustadt we will take train RE6 from Karlsruhe Hauptbahnhof at 10:05h.
Meeting point is the entrance of the main station (arrival at Neustadt 10:51h).

A group ticket (up to 5 people) can be bought, if there are interested people. To organize the group tickets, please be at the station at 9:45h and write it in a comment, if you want to be part of one.

Water: 1-2 liter
Your snacks
Sturdy shoes
