Almond blossoms festival: Neustadt to Gimmeldingen, Pfalz - 8 km, 70 hm

For those of you who missed the hike last week this is another opportunity to visit the almond blossoms festival in Gimmeldingen.

This is an easy hike and should take around 2 to 2.5 hours plus time for the festival. If you want to go back early you can take a shuttle bus back from Gimmeldingen instead of hiking back.

Getting there:

• From Karlsruhe Hbf: take RE 6 on platform 101, 10:06.
• This train arrives in Neustadt Hbf at 10:50.
• Let's meet in the station building at 11.

What to bring:

• water and snacks
• weather-appropriate clothing, normal shoes enough this time
