Castle hike: Baden Baden to Yburg - 11.5 km, 360 hm

This hike seems to have been quite popular last year. We're going to Yburg Castle near Baden Baden, which has a nice restaurant that just reopened last year, as well as a tower with nice views. This time we are doing a somewhat shorter and easier version of the hike.
I estimate we'll be back in Baden Baden by 5pm and in Karlsruhe by 6:30pm, but it's hard to tell for sure.
Getting there:
- Let's meet at Karlsruhe Hbf, track 12 (around section E) at 11am.
- We're taking the RE (direction Konstanz), departing 11:09,
- change to Bus 216 in Baden Baden Bahnhof (11:39),
- arriving in Tiergarten/cts-Klinik bus stop, Baden-Baden at 12:06.
- Coming by car? Sorry this hike is not very car-friendly. You probably have to take 1-2 short bus rides or a long walk to get to the hike or back.
What to bring:
- water and snacks
- weather-appropriate clothing
- sturdy shoes
