True Tranquililty style chilling out! Lying on a mat getting cosy with blankets and pillows
Please bring your own mat, cushion and blanket if possible and anything else you need to make yourself super cosy

*please advise if you don’t have these as I have a few spare I can bring if needed

This guided meditation is set to music which brings out feelings and emotions and takes you on a meditative journey of different feelings and emotions.

Essential oils, reiki and lots of healing in this deeply moving meditation
