Join Meditation Sterling, a welcoming nonprofit center rooted in the authentic Tibetan Buddhist tradition of the Drikung Kagyu lineage. Our weekly classes offer guided meditation and wisdom teachings designed to help anyone—regardless of background—find stability, joy, and deeper meaning.
In just five years, our humble center has supported hundreds of people in finding friendship, purpose, and a steady path of inner growth. Our diverse community includes practitioners of all ages and walks of life, each drawn to the transformative power of the Dharma.

🌸 Free with any monthly membership of $25 or more
🌸 No one is ever turned away due to lack of funds
🌸 Private classes available by appointment
