Whether you are into Euro-games, strategy games, or card games, there will be something for everyone to enjoy. Whether you're a seasoned strategist or a curious newcomer, you'll find a warm and inclusive environment where every game is an opportunity for connection and fun. Expect a friendly and welcoming atmosphere where you can socialize, strategize, and have a blast playing popular titles like "Wingspan" and many more. Whether you are a casual gamer or seasoned gamer, we hope you'll have a great time!

If you arrive while a game is already in progress, you may have to wait until it is finished to catch the next game (if there is one). If you have to leave at a certain time, it is best to finish the game you are playing. It is considered bad etiquette to up and leave in the middle of a game. Please plan to finish your game by 9:30 PM, since the store closes at 10 PM.

WHERE: The Forge Hobbies & Games (Houston)In the winter of 2021, "The Forge was created for hobbyists to have a place to call home, a place where friendships could be forged and an environment that is welcoming to all."
Feel free to bring a game you would like to share. However, it is optional, since The Forge has a library of board games. You may also bring your own food/drinks, but please be respectful to the board games and friendly staff. In other words, clean up after yourself!
If you arrive while a game is already in progress, you may have to wait until it is finished to catch the next game (if there is one). If you have to leave at a certain time, it is best to finish the game you are playing. It is considered bad etiquette to up and leave in the middle of a game. You are welcome to stay longer than the event time, but plan to finish your game by 10 PM, since the store closes at 11 PM.
