Startup Social Kaunas #41: Investors Spotlight
Kauno Kultūros Centras, Vytauto pr. 79, Kaunas, LTStartup Social Kaunas is a monthly meetup that’s been bringing the community together for over 3 years 🤝 The goal? To inspire, connect, and educate people about the startup world.
Open to everyone: founders, service providers, investors, or just anyone curious about the Kaunas startup scene 👀
While we usually chat with founders, this time it’s time to hear real stories from the other side – the investors. Together with LitBAN (Lithuanian Business Angels Network), we’re bringing together 3 investors to talk about the reality they see: what they invest in and when, the role investors play in a startup’s journey, and some insights into today’s market 🙂↕️
Meet the investors:
👉 Justinas Taruška – investor and CEO at Nando, a biotechnology company developing and manufacturing high-value-added microbiological and chemical products
👉 Lina Tallat-Kelpšienė – investment and advisory professional who shifted from wealth management to VC funds and angel investing.
👉 Paulius Vilemas – founding member of LitBAN and Investment Director at SOFIGAMA Investments. In addition to being an investor, Paulius is the CEO of Energenas Group. So whether it’s your first time hearing the word “startup” or you’re already deep in the game — there’ll be something useful for you.
