☆ モデル 兼 講師： yuさん✨
2009年モデル活動開始。フリーの美術モデルとしてクロッキー、デッサンを中心に、モデル兼講師として活動中。
理学療法士として身体に関わる立場から、観察するだけでは分からない人体の構造を、解剖学や運動学の観点を交えて解説し人体に対する知識を定着させるサポートを行っている。
自身の身体を教科書として人体解剖学講座を開催し、美術大学、アート系専門学校をはじめ絵画教室、日本アニメーター演出協会、企業等での活動実績がある。

☆講座内容： 【体表面のランドマークを見つけよう！】
身体の表面には絶対に見落としてはいけない骨のランドマークがあります。全身に分布するランドマークを知ることで、骨格や筋肉を正しく描写する助けになります。
モデルが実際に体で説明します。一日かけてしっかりと学んでいきましょう！

[午前] 上半身～体幹…第七頸椎、胸骨、鎖骨、肩甲骨（肩峰、肩甲棘）、肋骨弓、脊柱（棘突起）

[午後] 体幹～下半身…上前腸骨棘、仙骨、座骨、大転子、膝蓋骨、内果・外果、足部

☆ 方法：
① 講座
全身の骨格のランドマークを説明する。今回は初回のためベースとなる骨格について特化してお伝えします。筋肉については凹凸が変化し惑わされやすいため今回は触れません。骨格模型のスタン君をアシスタントとします。

② 触診
説明と同時に、参加者がモデルに触れる過程を用います。耳で聞くだけでは、また書籍を読むだけではイメージしにくい情報を、触覚を用いることで記憶に定着させる。触診の方法については講師が冒頭にお伝えします。

③ スケッチ
説明ごとにスケッチの時間を設けます。１つ説明するごとに書きこむランドマークを増やしていき、最終的には全身のスケッチにランドマークが盛り込めるようにする。（例：第七頸椎，第七頸椎+胸骨，第七頸椎+胸骨+鎖骨…など）スケッチ時間や方法については参加者と話し合いながら決めていく。

A croquis session with an anatomy lecture by physical therapist Yu!

(We strongly recommend that you attend both the morning and afternoon sessions, but the fee will be ¥5,000 if you choose either one or the other.)

Model and instructor: yu san ✨
Started modeling in 2009. She has been working as a freelance art model, mainly in the fields of croquis and sketching, as well as a model and instructor.
As a physical therapist, she explains the structure of the human body from the perspective of anatomy and kinesiology, which cannot be understood only by observation, and helps students to establish their knowledge of the human body.
Using his own body as a textbook, he has given lectures on human anatomy at art universities, art schools, painting schools, the Japan Animator Directing Association, and companies.
☆ Lecture content: [Let's find landmarks on the body surface!
There are bony landmarks on the surface of the body that should never be overlooked. Knowing the landmarks distributed throughout the body will help you correctly depict the skeleton and muscles.
Models will illustrate this with their actual bodies. Let's spend a day to learn it well!
[Morning] Upper body - trunk: 7th cervical vertebra, sternum, clavicles, scapula (acromion, scapular spine), rib arch, spinal column (spinous process)
[Afternoon] Trunk to lower body: superior anterior iliac spine, sacrum, sit bones, greater trochanter, patella, medial and external patella, and feet
☆ Methods:
① Lecture
Explain the skeletal landmarks of the whole body. As this is the first time, we will specialize on the base skeleton. Muscles will not be discussed this time as they are easily confused due to their varying concavity and convexity. Stan, the skeletal model, will be your assistant.
2) Palpation
The process of touching the model will be used along with the explanation. The information that is difficult to visualize just by hearing or reading books will be retained in the memory by using the sense of touch. The instructor will inform you about the method of palpation at the beginning of the session.
③ Sketching
Time will be allotted for sketching after each explanation, increasing the number of landmarks to be written in for each explanation, so that eventually landmarks can be included in a full-body sketch. (e.g., 7th cervical vertebra, 7th cervical vertebra + sternum, 7th cervical vertebra + sternum + clavicle...etc.) The time and method of sketching will be decided through discussion with the participants.
**Information to participants: please bring your usual anatomy books if you have any!
