当日のご参加にあたり、いくつかご案内がございます。
* イーゼルは24台ほどのご用意があります。カルトンの代わりになる薄い木の板もあります。数に限りがございます。クリップはご持参ください。
* 水彩などの画材をご使用になる際は、最後に床面等の汚れが無いかチェックして頂き、必要な場合は各自清掃をお願いいたします。
* 本クロッキー会では、講師による指導はございません。ご自身のペースで自由にお取り組みください。
* 会場の都合上、ゴミ箱がございません。ゴミは各自でお持ち帰りください。
* 準備の都合上、当日キャンセルは極力お控えください。
🙇[モデル不在時の対応について]🙇
万が一、予期せぬアクシデントによりモデルが来場できなかった場合は、以下のいずれかの対応を取らせていただきます。
① **参加費のご返金** 大変申し訳ございませんが、お支払いいただいた参加費を返金いたします。ただし交通費につきましてはご容赦いただけますようお願い申し上げます。

② **有志の方による交代モデル** モデルをしても良いよという方がいらっしゃいましたら、交代で5分～10分程度のポーズ(着衣のみ)をお願いさせて頂きます(無理にお願いする事はありません)。モデルはせずにクロッキー会に引き続き参加する方も大歓迎です。モデルとしてご協力いただいた方には、お時間に見合った謝礼をお支払いいたします。

***📌[For All Participants]📌Thank you very much for your interest in the Super Crocky Meeting. We have several points to note regarding your participation on the day. * Approximately 24 easels will be available. Thin wooden boards (as an alternative to cartons) are also provided, though quantities are limited. Please bring your own clips. * If using watercolours or similar materials, please check for any spills on the floor or surfaces afterwards and clean up any mess yourself if necessary. * There will be no instruction from an instructor at this life drawing session. Please proceed freely at your own pace. * Due to venue constraints, there are no bins available. Please take your rubbish home with you. * To assist with preparations, please avoid cancelling on the day if possible.
🙇[Regarding Models' Absence]🙇
In the unlikely event that a model is unable to attend due to unforeseen circumstances, we will implement one of the following measures. ① **Refund of Participation Fee** We sincerely apologise, but we will refund the participation fee you have paid. However, we kindly ask for your understanding regarding travel expenses.
② **Volunteer Replacement Model** If anyone is willing to step in as a model, we would ask them to pose for approximately 5 to 10 minutes (fully clothed only). We will not insist on this. Those who wish to continue participating in the sketching session without modelling are also very welcome. Those who kindly assist as models will receive a fee commensurate with the time spent.
We shall endeavour to ensure everyone can enjoy sketching with peace of mind. 🤝
