Early Morning Telegraph Creek from the River Road Bridge Access

Starting earl because of the heat! This is a somewhat shaded venue. Telegraph has gotten very wild. Trees are down and gators have had babies. This is a very small group because of parking from this location. If you carpool just one sign up but let me know who is with you please. We may be cutting our way through places and sliding over branches. There may be some current here, especially as we get to the top. If it gets to be too much you can go backdown where it slows a bit. Drinks, snacks n bug spray, cameras and safety gear. This is an up and back, when you have reached your limit simply return.
Any overflow can launch at Franklin Lock South side at 8am. We will paddle down to the mouth of the creek and meet you. From below the Lock you paddle down and across the river about 3/4 of a mile to the creek. Power boats sometimes do not slow for paddle craft, WATCH when you cross. You can see the day markers from the lock. No rentals at either location. Facilities at the Lock, only trees at the creek location do any business before you get there. No rentals here.
