**Our platform trips are kept small for your maximum enjoyment. Always less than 10 people on these trips including a minimum of two guides.**

**Many of you may have visited the Okefenokee in the past but if you have never camped in the middle of the swamp on a platform you have missed out. (No, gators do not attack us on the platforms.)**

**You are away from noise and light pollution. You will not believe how beautiful the night sky can be. And don't get me started on how magical the swamp is.**

**We will meet at 9:30 Sunday morning in parking lot at Richard S Bolt Visitor Center the main park entry in Folkston. We will caravan from there to Kingfisher Landing to launch our boats. We will paddle 8 miles to Bluff Lake where we will spend our first night.**

**After the sun goes down you will have the opportunity to paddle in the dark if you so desire. The swamp is different at night.**

**Monday after breakfast we paddle approximately 10 miles to our next platform at Canal Run.**

**Tuesday we about a 10-mile paddle back to the cars at Richard S Bolt Visitor Center.**

**We provide a tent, a cot and meals. Yes, there will be HOT COFFEE every morning. You simply bring a change of clothes and a personal sleeping bag. In dry bags of course. More details will be mailed before the trip.**

**This trip is limited to 6 guests. As of today, September 30th, 4 spots are left. Cost of the trip is $400 per person. If you need to rent a boat that is an additional $75.**
