The Last last Thursday Evening Float, Anthony NM

What: Evening Kayak from Ohara Road to Vinton. And maybe some tacos afterwards.
Like a broken record, every week I warn about possible low water and every week it turns out to be smooth paddling. Be advised that destiny dictates we will one day have a fine and pleasant misery.
Where: Meet on the river at the Ohara road put in. Exit I-10 at NM exit 162, turn south on highway 404, in a few miles continue straight onto 186 Ohara Road. At the bridge over the river, take a left turn onto the dirt parking area down by the river.
When: Thursday, September 21, 2023, we will arrange the car shuttle from there, unless we have volunteers to drop cars at the takeout prior to the 6:30 start time.
Bring: Your Kayak and paddle of course, water, hat, sunscreen, mosquito net in case the gnats are out, and a flashlight in case we are delayed.
Fees: None.
If you have a change of plans update your RSVP to not going so that others are not waiting for you. It is what a nice person would do.

All organizers are volunteers and are not compensated during any activity.
