Maaind – Enhancing mental wellness through AI that understands human emotion
Dzera Kaytati is an impact entrepreneur working at the intersection of AI, neuroscience, and human-centred design. She is a co-founder of the Eindhoven based deep tech start-up Maaind, pioneering Neuroadaptive AI technology for enabling emotionally intelligent experiences that improve wellbeing. In other words, they create personalized and engaging experiences based on the user’s emotional state in real-time. In her presentation Dzera will talk about her work at Maaind and the opportunities that neuroadaptive AI technology opens for designing new types of human experiences.

Studio Inneract – Creating multi-sensory real-time design experiences which are healing
Zheyuan Zhang from Studio Inneract will present the latest version of Flow, an immersive digital healing art project, which is part of the Kazerne exhibition during the Dutch Design Week. Flow interactively recreates the natural flow of water, responding to movements and expressions. It encourages to unwind, relax and reflect. Studio Inneract is a London-based design and art studio working on interactive works that facilitate human wellbeing. They work closely with hospitals, educational institutes, NGOs, co-working spaces and public transportation. Zheyuan will demonstrate how art not only bestows pleasure, but also heals.
