Let's get together and have some incredible lunch in downtown KC at Banksia Bistro! Banksia was featured on Guy Fieri's food show. Ever since seeing that, I knew we had to visit it at some point

Banksia is described as having "combined a multicultural Australian influence on the classic European restaurant to produce what we think is the concept the Mid-West has been missing"

They are famous for their Australian pies & sausage rolls, but have a very complete breakfast/lunch menu as well
