Great Wind Festival 2026

Let’s celebrate spring at the Great Wind Festival—a free, family-friendly day of outdoor fun, discovery, and hands-on science for kids and kids-at-heart.

Take flight with the wind as you:
Build and fly your own kite, then watch it soar across the sky.
Get creative with colorful pinwheels that spin and shimmer in the breeze.

There’ll be live music from local musicians, as well as food & drinks for purchase.

Please bring a lawn chair or blanket!

I’ll bring UNO and Ticket to Ride, if I have time for Costco check out line, I’ll bring a kite.
