An AI Driven Data-Driven Approach to Mental Health
How to fix your mental health in 10 easy steps
I suffer from bipolar disorder. I have struggled with depression, anxiety, and mania. My mania has affected my relationship with my wife, while the other two have caused me trouble at work including getting fired. But through it all I am happy with my life, because I know what to expect during depression and mania and I have a plan.
During this presentation I explore a little bit of my history, some definitions, some symptoms I feel, some tools I use, the plan I have, some videos, my thoughts on AI therapy, and then the meaning of life.
