Native American Heritage Tour

Details
Native Americans, First Nations, & Indigenous Peoples' contributions are deeply woven into North America's fabric. Their cultures, traditions, & histories have greatly influenced our art, language, food, & ecological knowledge—integral to the continent’s identity. By visiting these venues, we honor their immense contributions & resilience. Look for planned activities & optional add-ons.
These outings offer immersive experiences, with participants handling their own travel arrangements. Join my guest and I to explore & honor the vibrant history & culture of Native American tribes together!
Quotes to inspire:
- Chief Luther Standing Bear (Lakota Sioux): "The elders were wise. They knew that man’s heart, away from nature, becomes hard; they knew that lack of respect for growing, living things soon led to a lack of respect for humans too."
- Chief Seattle: "Humankind has not woven the web of life. We are but one thread within it. Whatever we do to the web, we do to ourselves. All things are bound together. All things connect."
- Wilma Mankiller (Cherokee): "The secret of our success is that we never, never give up."
- Maria Tallchief (Osage Nation): "Above all, look for what sparks joy in your soul."
- Vine Deloria Jr. (Standing Rock Sioux): "When it comes to life, the critical thing is whether you take things for granted or take them with gratitude."
