In this event I will interview the author of The Protein Lifestyle series, and host of the Health Unfiltered Podcast, Josh Noland.

More about Josh:
Author of The Protein Lifestyle series, Irritable Bowel Syndrome Relief, and most recently, Balanced Body & Mind: A Weekly Planner & Daily Journal for Building Better Habits. Joshua has lost over eighty pounds and has overcome IBS, food addiction, and depression by optimizing
his nutrition, fitness, and mental wellness. His mission is to help people avoid and overcome disease by teaching them how to develop healthy habits.

His experience in the food service industry has given him extensive inside knowledge of food preparation and how to enhance the nutritional value of food without sacrificing flavor. Joshua's
personal experience and research in fitness and mental wellness have provided him with a wealth of knowledge for the practical application of these methods.

Outside of his writing Joshua is an avid outdoorsman and a devoted dog father, continually inspired by nature and his loyal canine companions.
