Welcome to KCiNspire we will explore ways to effectively manage stress and have fun doing it! Our goal is to decrease symptoms of stress and anxiety and ultimately improve your physical and mental health. If you are a Mom who feels anxious at times, stressed out or overwhelmed this is the spot for you! We will have safe open discussions about struggles being a parent, including good (and humerous, because this HAS to have some fun factor!), bad and ugly! Virtual and live informative talks given by holistic stress management instructor, health coach, RN. Individual or group coaching available, Mindfulness instructional classes, short videos posted based on what YOU want to know!
