If you are looking for a high-intensity cardio workout that doesn't feel like work, you've found your squad. Bollywood dance is an incredible full-body workout—mixing high-cardio steps, core-engaging moves, and expressive styling. In just a single 1-hour session, you can burn anywhere from 400 to 700 calories while dancing to the biggest, highest-energy tracks.

Our goal is to create an absolute judgment-free zone where we can sweat, smile, and get fit together.

What to Expect:
We will host 1-hour dance fitness sessions (think "Zumba style" but 100% Bollywood) at local parks or casual spaces around Austin. We'll start with a quick warm-up, dive into high-energy, easy-to-follow routines that keep you moving the entire hour, and finish with a cool-down.

No complex choreography to memorize, no pressure to be perfect—just non-stop movement, incredible music, and serious calorie burning. Bring a massive water bottle, a towel, and your best energy. Let’s sweat!
