🎯 What we do:
- First 15 mins: Start with a quick round of introductions and sharing your personal goal for the session — whether it’s reading, writing, language learning, working on a side project, or even something practical like monthly budgeting.
- Then we enter Focus Time: 1 hour of quiet, uninterrupted work. We'll all muted and focus. I'll play some background music but you could mute it and play your own. A timer will also be shown on the screen to show when you are coming back.
- Last 15 mins: We regroup to share how it went — your progress, your feelings, or anything you’d like to reflect on.
