One hour in company, every Tuesday evening on Google Meet. This is the weekly circle at the center of Keep Grief Company. You can come once, or come every week.

How the hour runs: we start together with a minute of quiet. I bring a question or a short reading and go first with it. Then we go around the room, one person at a time. You can pass by saying pass, and passing is normal. When the room is large, we split into smaller groups of four or five for the middle of the hour, so everyone who wants to speak has room. Some weeks there is something short to do with your body, or two minutes of writing. We close together.

Cameras on is how we meet each other. Speaking is optional. Plenty of people say almost nothing for their first few weeks, and the room works anyway.

Bring any loss. A death, recent or long ago. A divorce, an estrangement, a diagnosis, a parent who is still alive and gone anyway. Grief that nobody else has made room for belongs here.

There is nothing to prepare and nothing to read first. It is free.

This is not therapy and does not replace it. I am a grief practitioner and facilitator, not a therapist. If tonight is a crisis, call or text 988, at any hour, instead of waiting for Tuesday.

RSVP and the joining link appears on this page. If you would rather join by phone, message me and I will send the dial-in.
